CUTLERY REWARDS PROGRAM

PROGRAM RULES

• The Cutlery Rewards Program only applies to orders (PO's) for Victorinox Cutlery & Epicurean.
• This is an ongoing sales incentive that kicked off on August 1, 2025
• Orders MUST be logged into site within 6 months of the transaction date.
• Points will expire 24 months after the transaction date if not redeemed.
• Hold onto the list of PO's that were used to order the products just in case they are required to be reviewed. 
• You may redeem your award points at any time, and as many times as you would like.
• No refunds or returns are available.
• No PO Boxes are accepted.
• If the REGISTRATION page is not completed in its entirety, you will not be able to participate in the program and your set up request will be rejected.
• Only valid orders (PO's) for Victorinox Cutlery & Epicurean will qualify toward redemption.
• Points are calculated based on Recommended Retail Price (RRP), which have been automatically programmed into site and will populate once the item number has been added.
• You must be employed by the registered retailer at the time points are redeemed.
• Employees must be in good standing and on payroll at the time points are redeemed.
• Products redeemed cannot be resold.
• Rewards may be deemed taxable by local and IRS regulations
  (All U.S & Puerto Rico associates are required to complete a W-9 for tax purposes).
• Allow 4 weeks for processing after points are redeemed.
• Exchanges will not be accepted.
• Rewards have limited availability and are subject to substitutions without notice or at the discretion of Victorinox Swiss Army, Inc.
• Shipping method defaults have been set for the U.S. - these cannot be changed.
• A signature may be required for delivery.
• Any violation of the above-mentioned rules will result in immediate expulsion from the program.
